Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed and the download has been delivered.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned after access has been granted.

If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will gladly assist:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download link.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You encounter technical issues accessing your purchase.
